We speak with the Deputy Borough Coordinator of Ealing Cycle Campaign, Geraldine O’Grady, about the the safety of our roads for cyclists, with particular reference to the tragic loss of life in recent months. Under the slogan ‘Make Uxbridge Road Safe’, the Campaign aims to make our roads safer for cyclists, drivers and pedestrians alike.
The many services offered and activities hosted by the Campaign are also on display here, with further information found at their website. Other websites mentioned include London Bike Hub, Ealing Council’s own efforts to get people riding, and West London bike rides specifically aimed at women.
Ealing offers a range of cycle training, social rides and maintenance activities for every level of cyclist in the borough.
